He angrily called out Bird for the post and asked him to delete it. Another described begging friends to buy, saying some listened but most didn’t, and concluded that those who ignored the advice would carry that regret themselves. One commenter said he had explained XRP to people repeatedly and expected those same people would eventually buy in when the asset hits $100 or more. Others took a quieter position. One said it was not her job, but that she had tried. Tony Hill, another commenter, said he had gotten several people on board but that others believed they knew better, adding that those people would come around eventually. He stated that he is ready to tell them “I told you so” and hopes to get the opportunity soon. Bird has previously identified a 52-week timing cycle in XRP’s historical price reactions, a pattern that informed much of his recent outlook.
