Caviar is a dual-purpose invesment fund created for crypto and real-estate, allowing token holders to ejoy a diversified, risk adjusted, data-driven portfolio with exposure to both stable real estate and select cryptocurrencies and crypto assets, maximizing return on investment while still hedging against market downturns. CAV is an Ethereum-based ERC20 token that allows real estate developers to raise money for projects through a crowdfunding mechanism, while providing Caviar token holders and the underlying fund with an opportunity to participate in projects and earn a profit.

The Caviar pre-sale will start on the 28th of November. The ICO dates are yet to be announced. During the ICO, 85% of the total CAV supply will be sold to participants for a $0.10 starting price. The ICO funding target/cap is $25M.
